After purchase, contact us with your VIN. We confirm your region change is compatible and determine whether your vehicle uses USB or ENET installation.

Receive Your Activation File
We prepare your region-specific activation (including the latest navigation maps) and send it to your email along with clear installation instructions.

Install via USB or ENET
USB method: copy the file to a USB drive under 64GB, plug into your BMW armrest port — iDrive applies the region change automatically. ENET method: connect an ENET cable to your laptop, run our coding tool, and follow the on-screen steps.

Region Changed & Maps Updated
Your iDrive reboots in the new region with the latest maps for that area already loaded. The change is permanent — no repeat steps needed.
